Air Filter Gradient Temperature Drying & Constant-Temperature Curing Production Technology

Scientific gradient temperature drying and constant-temperature curing is a key process to stabilize the internal structure of filter media and eliminate product quality hidden dangers. After resin impregnation, pleating forming and gluing sealing, the filter element contains residual moisture and uncured colloid. Direct high-temperature drying will cause fiber shrinkage, fold deformation and glue layer cracking, while single low-temperature treatment leads to incomplete curing and poor structural stability.

Our factory adopts three-stage gradient temperature control drying system: the first stage is low-temperature moisture removal at 40-50℃ to slowly evaporate internal residual water and protect the fiber structure from damage; the second stage is medium-temperature shaping at 60-80℃ to accelerate resin polymerization and preliminarily fix the pleat shape and glue structure; the third stage is high-temperature curing at 90-110℃ to completely solidify the resin and sealing glue, forming a stable and tough integrated structure.

The whole drying and curing process adopts closed dust-free workshop operation with constant humidity control. It effectively solves common quality problems such as filter paper moisture rebound, fold rebound, edge glue softening and poor waterproof performance. After gradient curing treatment, the air filter has stable air permeability, uniform structural stress and longer service life, which can maintain consistent filtration performance in high temperature, low temperature and humid variable environments.
