Automatic Air Filers Precision Pleating Process and Structural Optimization Technology

Pleating forming is the most core process in air filter production, directly determining the effective filtration area, dust storage capacity, and air intake resistance of the product. Modern filter factories adopt fully automatic CNC pleating machines to replace traditional manual folding, realizing precise digital control of pleat depth, spacing, height, and folding angle. During the pleating process, the filter media passes through multi-stage pressing and shaping rollers to ensure uniform fiber stretching without local deformation or wrinkling.
