Production Process and Precision Manufacturing Principle of Cabin Filter Reinforcement Ribs

The production of high-quality reinforced cabin air filters adopts integrated precision forming and composite pressing technology, which is completely different from the simple bonding process of ordinary filters. The entire reinforcement process includes rib mold positioning, hot pressing compounding, stereotyping curing and edge reinforcement treatment, realizing seamless combination of reinforcing ribs and multi-layer filter media.

First of all, according to the original vehicle size and air duct wind pressure parameters, the factory adopts customized precision molds to design the spacing, width and thickness of the reinforcing ribs. The rib distribution path is scientifically calculated to ensure uniform force on the entire filter surface, avoid stress concentration, and maximize the effective filtration area without blocking air flow. The high-toughness environmental protection plastic rib materials are selected, which have excellent low-temperature resistance, anti-aging and compression resistance, and will not harden or deform in the complex temperature environment inside the car.

In the formal production process, the multi-layer composite filter media (including melt-blown layer, electrostatic adsorption layer and activated carbon layer) is fixed by automatic positioning equipment, and the reinforcing ribs are thermally pressed on the filter surface through constant-temperature high-pressure integrated technology. After hot pressing, secondary low-temperature shaping and curing treatment are carried out to make the ribs closely integrated with the filter paper without falling off or degumming. The overall structure is flat, three-dimensional and firm, which greatly enhances the tensile strength and impact resistance of the filter element.

This precise reinforcement manufacturing process ensures that each finished cabin filter maintains perfect flatness and three-dimensional pleat structure, effectively avoids product deformation caused by transportation extrusion and long-term air pressure impact, and greatly improves the yield rate and service life of finished products.
