Quality is the core competitiveness of auto filter manufacturing enterprises. In order to provide customers with stable and reliable filter products, our factory has established a complete and rigorous quality control system covering raw material selection, production processing, finished product testing, and packaging and shipment.

In the raw material procurement stage, we only cooperate with qualified large-scale raw material suppliers. All filter paper, non-woven fabrics, rubber seals, metal plates, and adhesives must pass tensile tests, air permeability tests, high-temperature resistance tests, and corrosion resistance tests before entering the workshop.

During production processing, every production link has special quality inspectors to monitor real-time production parameters, ensuring uniform folding spacing, standard gluing thickness, firm bonding, and accurate product size.

After the finished products are produced, we conduct multiple professional performance tests, including filtration efficiency test, dust holding capacity test, air tightness test, high and low temperature resistance test, and pressure resistance test. Unqualified products will be eliminated 100%.

For export orders, we also conduct secondary inspection before shipment to ensure product appearance, packaging, labeling
