Thermal Curing and Media Stabilization Process for Air Filter Elements

Thermal curing stabilization is an essential post-processing process for high-performance air filters, specially designed to solve the problems of filter paper deformation, fold rebound, and poor moisture resistance. After pleating and cutting, the filter element is sent to a constant-temperature curing workshop for staged heating and drying treatment, which solidifies the fiber structure of the filter media and enhances the overall rigidity and shape retention of the folds.

Resin-impregnated filter media will complete secondary curing in this process to lock the internal resin components, improving water resistance, anti-mildew performance, and tensile strength.
